HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY

All Mother's Days are special; however, this year, it was extra special. Tom and the boys actually put some thought into Mother's Day this year. Don't get me wrong... my family always makes me feel special... but the fact is... I do live in a male dominated house.... need I say more?!

This year the kids came up with a plan and dad helped them make it happen. In my opinion, that is how it's suppose to be. Afterall, Tom's not my son! So, thanks to my sweet family for making my day very special. I either did a really great job at being a mom this past year... or... they're buttering me up for what challenges lie ahead! I'll just allow myself to believe it's because I was such a good mom last year!

I'm really enjoying my flowers! To complete the day the guys made me a special lunch. I don't think they have ever cooked for me before... well... not a REAL meal. Kind of thinking that being around all those flowers was a little out of their comfort zone. So to get them back in touch with their masculine side, they prepared an elegant meal for me....Beer in the rear chicken and baked potatoes! Wouldn't want it any other way! Hope your Mother's Day was special too!!!
