
SIMPLE PRALINE COOKIES
24 graham cracker squares
1 cup butter
1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Line the bottom of a cookie sheet with graham cracker squares; set aside.
3. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil; cook for 1 minute. Remove from heat. Stir in chopped pecans.
5. Pour syrup over graham crackers.
6. Bake for 10 minutes.
7. Cool on wire rack before cutting into squares.
Makes 36 cookies.
